They clling all the way from India. I asked them what is the name of their company, they said it's "switch your utilities".

This appears to be a nuisance caller.
Has been calling me all day, but I don't answer the phone unless I recognize the number, for this very reason. If it's someone who genuinely needs to talk to me, they will leave a message. After looking through all of these comments I have decided to block the number.
