Caller: Sam - Property/Maintenance Service

Received a call from Sam, wanting to speak with the Maintenance Manager. Advised him we are a small business and do not need/have a Maintenance Manager. Then he asked for the Property Manager ... again I thanked him for calling and advised him we did not have one. He started to say that he had spoken with someone ... I cut him off at this stage by saying no one has spoken with him or that he has spoken with anyone from this business and I ended the call. Another number added the blocked list that keeps growing almost daily!!

Received a Call today asking for the owner of the joinery company. Asked if regarding a job and advised he had spoken to him before then after further questioning asked for the owners name. Clearly never spoke to anyone here.

Sam calls to speak to facilities department...knew my name but that's not difficult to find out. Fishing around for work. Ignore his calls.
