From "people energy" asking who's the payer on electricity bill

another nuisance call.

My husband got a call from this number saying he could get a 38% discount as well he doesn't even have the electricity in his name because it's on in mine now I do work for compare and connect with multiple providers that do have a discount and we have to state who we are working for who we are and we do actually ask for your address but that is on setting up an account once we have advise you of all the details and you decide to switch this company is not saying who they are representing or anything and also they are hanging up and they don't answer very shifty at give us me a person that works for a reputable broker a bad name

Called today with discount and hung up. Called back and told them i dnt have elec even in my name. Then they asked 2 speak with my wife.

I get a call from this number about 3 times a day

Try NOT blocking the number, just tag it instead and ignore call.
They know when the call is blocked and will use a different number to call from

Scammers/ tele marketers - same old story - hang up when you answer - ringing a business line - i saved them as nuisance caller and do not answer them at all.

I had about ten calls from two diffren numbers but the same people in one day every week as everyone else did i bloked one number but they kept calling from a diffrent number

Kept asking my name but wouldn't answer me when I asked who they were and what company their from. I kept asking until they hung up on me. Obviously a scam of some sort.

Called me twice today. They have a script that gives an impression that they are calling from your current electricity supplier and then ask for more information, e.g. address etc.
