Do not give any bank/credit card details to this caller

They are an insurance selling company. They rang me on my work number and knew my name. I demanded to know where they got it from. They refused to tell me and said they would get someone too call back. I refused to get off the line and asked for a manager. I was told the manager had just gone into a meeting. I again refused to get off the line as they had wasted my work time until I spoke to a manager. This happened after about 10 mins who told me the data was from Australia on disk. I asked for a phone number for this company. They again tried to get me off the line saying that information was at reception and someone would call me back. I again refused to get off the line until I got the number. After another 10 mins I was given the #1300 734 318 which turned out to be a Real Estate listings broker. They "searched" their database and and couldn't find me and claim they never pass on information to third parties. I rand the original number back and reported this and asked them to find the real source.. surprise, surprise no return phone call!

Received call from the number but they hung up before i got to it. They did not answer when i called back.

When i answered there was no one saying anything until they finally hung up after I said hello? a few times..

My aficionadas? Or an obsessive, time wasting misfit! Disarm your hand, dial my mobile biz number no more! 5x calls a day, no msg left and no one answers the number when you call back - oddballs!

I have received daily calls from this No. sometimes 2 a day, when i answer there is no one there. When I also call the No back strange music is palying

I keep getting a range of (03) territory calls all of which i havent answered. I searched the numbers online and found most have been complained about. I have sent most that come through to my "reject list" on my phone but that list is getting bigger by the day. This phone number is the most recent to try and lure me to answer...makes me wonder if the numbers are related.

This was the second consecutive call today, I didn't answer either. the first one was from (03) 9988 6015

Called me and it sounded like someone in the car with radio or something in background. No one spoke.

Marketing company selling funeral plan/ insurance

The people from this number are calling from a company called 247 and are asking if you have heard of some insurance. The first thing they said was "its not a sales call so dont worry".
When I told him I wasnt interested he started talking over me until I asked him to take me off the list. He said no problem and we ended the call.

They did ask if I was Ms *lastname* so not sure where they got my name and number from as the number they called is a skype number used for business and not listed anywhere.

This number is a company wanting to sell funeral insurance. When I asked to be taken off their call list they kept rattling on about their rubbish and I threatened them to call consumer affairs if the phone call did not cease immediately and they didn't take me off their call list.

rang it back and it was just a melody, very odd.
