If you call back outside of there opening hours (after 6pm) they have an automated opt out option.
I recommend doing this and the calls will stop for good

Just blacklist them on your mobile. Pretty much any number starting with 9988 59xx is a telemarketing call centre diverted from Asia.

Blocked ... thanks to the people who have left comments ! Seems the 'do not call register' doesn't stop these company's calling at inconvenient times.

(03) 9988 5993 (Melb) keep calling me. Its a Electricity comparison company. I have repeatedly told them to stop calling, they do for a couple of days and then start again. Bloody Indians with thick accents that are reading from a script calling themselves Jerry or Jane. Big pain in the bum these people, I might just start calling Indian people and calling myself Ravindar and selling them electricity comparisons just cause!

My 11 year old daughter signed up for something and now these people won't stop calling me even though I've asked them repeatedly not to. It's very annoying and it's been going on for months. I'll try after 6pm 'opt out' option as suggested.

I have so many of the variants of this number and this number constantly flogging my phone.
I refuse to answer, tag each with a naughty word and spam as the contact to see how often they call, then block after 24 hours.
Thus far this number has called me FIVE times in 2 hours and winning the race for the most annoying pest ridden caller for 2017.
Avoid at all costs, they are leaches.
