rings five to six times a day - no answer - I'v blocked it but then a similar number reappears - frustrating.

This number has. Allied me 5 times when I call back number not in service

No answer for 5-9 seconds then hangs up. Ring back and you get a answering machine saying "the number you have dialled is not in service" in an American voice then hangs up
