We get these calls from Lumo semi-frequently. They will either hang up right away or put you on hold then hang up after a minute or two

Caller left a very fast (indian accent) voicemail to call Lumo, called Lumo and spoke to two different people and they couldn't find any trace of anyone from their company calling me.

Have a few missed calls from this number. Music plays every times I pick up the phone then disconnects.
called back asking what the reason for the calls. but they cant give any explanations on this, and have no records of contact attempts with me.

Lumo just texted me then called me on this number. Music played so I hung up immediately. This is such bad business practice. I only joined Lumo because they had velocity points. Now they discontinued this I am going with Powershop gas.

Received call. Just music playing and then disconnected.

no idea why they give me a call and let me to listen to their music.

Called 3 times in 2 days. Could be Lumo because I disconnected their service. Call cut out on answering.
