RSPCA spam by a private company "Insight" FAILING to obey the DNC. Lowers my opinion of rspca. They are now off my list of good charities. Hint. Don't waste my time and interrupt me to beg for money. Especially via a third party who gets a huge commission.

Received a missed call with no message. Checked this site. Thanks. I think we should all call back and pretend to be interested. Then at a random time blow a whistle down the phone. If enough people do it then he may think twice about this scumbag act.

the following is a 'cut and paste' extract from RSPCA website..............
We have had some concerning calls from members of the public who say they have been phoned by people claiming to be the RSPCA asking for cash donations.
The RSPCA in some states does use telemarketers to fundraise by selling products such as raffle tickets, tea towels and diaries however; we do not solicit cash donations from people over the phone.
Some tips to avoid succumbing to bogus callers:
Ask for the caller's name, reference number and call back details If they are hesitant to provide details don't donate If you have a bad feeling about the caller then don't donate Contact your state RSPCA to check that the calls are legitimate If you still want to help the RSPCA then please donate online, by post or by phone. The RSPCA relies on the community for 97% of our national funding. Please don't let these few bad seeds turn you off helping us - just make sure you do it securely.
Important! RSPCA uses https://www.rspca.org.au ...... and the raffle website uses https://www.rspcaraffle.com.au QUESTION? Is rspcaraffle.com.au affiliated with RSPCA

got a phone call at "12:42pm" today and caller didn,t leave a message ? i,m reasonably sure that this same number is possibly one of many "Suss" / Prank calls covering themselves as maybe "RSPCA" or other sinister fronts ? Hopefully i,m wrong ?As the "RSPCA" is a much respected organization it,d be a shame to see > "CRIMINALLY" intention ed forces using our animal protectors name for malicious / bogus orchestrated intent ?
