Call me 24x successively, maybe just to annoy me, luckily my phone is smarter than them, it automatically silenced all unknown number. So should be a scam, definitely just blocked this number

Caller: Scammer Just like above reviewer, missed call. We do not know anyone out of state, and at 5.30pm it usually means a scammer. Saw the other reviews and confirmed scammer.
