Scam none the less
can't explain how they come to have your number
will go to crazy lengths about government rebates or electricity prices ... until the end where they try and get your bank details

Do not answer... if you answer, don't give any information at all, just hang up.

A rebate of something. Says I live in 2016 (no idea where that is)

Caller: Electricity and gas dot com

They have called up to 4 times a day trying to get me to tell them personal information. They have my name and ph number and nothing else as far as I can tell. When told that I will not give out personal details over the phone to some random person they get very aggressive and try to say that they have permission to contact from the electricity provider. Provider they list is not actually my provider.
Have been told to f*ck off at least 3 times and now I have blocked both numbers. They also call from number ‭(03) 9966 4875. Persistent, rude, scam.

Very persistent has been calling me for 6 months or more.

Caller: Power Company

Missed call, ID shown, called back... straight to an American accent recorded message saying "extension isn't available, please leave a message at the end of the tone".
Obviously I hung up before the message ended.
I believe it's either Energy Australia or another Australian Power Company.

Rang me and I ignored, I read top comment here so I will continue to ignore.

I called back number (03) 9966 4876 reached voice mail but did not say for what company.
