Scam as previous complaint

This unknown phone number with area code (03) Melbourne Australia rang my mobile on 2 consecutive days. I answered the call but did not speak. Then on the next day I put “do not show my caller id on my phone” A recorded ladies voice message said we apologise for the inconvenience but we do not have an agent available to take care call and to call again later. I figure it’s a scam caller as I do not know anyone in .Melbourne. I do not live in that state.
