Recorded message claimed I had missed an important payment from the Australian Government'.

Scammer! Said she called from Australian Federation Police and my number was used to collect money.

Automated message claimed missed call from Australian Government. Choose 1 for English, 2 for Chinese, then apparently repeated message in Chinese. Hung up when message ended rather than wait for button press.
