complete nuisance caller. 5th call from this supposed research research company in past several days between 6:30pm & 7:30pm each night but as soon as answering machine picks up call it disconnects, and no one ever talks or leave a message.
If this was a legit number and or research company they should have no problems leaving a message with an option for people to either pick up or call them back if they wish to participate.

Received a call from this number, but I wasn't home when it called. Obviously a scam from all of the information collected here.

Hung up as soon as I answered. If you genuinely want people’s opinions, as your principal partners claim, why hang up? Im guessing one of your staff is probably trying to boost his/her bonus for calls made.

Caller: Wallis Consulting Group I’m sorry, but how did you get my unlisted phone number? And, why not leave a valid message on my answering machine when it picks up? My number is unlisted for a very valid reason.

If companies like this are legitimate and allowed to call asking for input then fair enough. However the government guidelines need to be altered so no call are made in Sunday’s or after 4.00 pm other days when kids come home from school and others from a long day at work unless by prior agreement. This way they may find that those on the receiving end of the calls are more amenable and less distracts do frazzled. Win Win

Market and Social Research seems to be another name for Marketing and Sales!! If the work is so important why don't you leave a message with the details and maybe I'd consider calling you back. But it seems to me that once I am polite to you and answer a few questions my "private" number is shared around and I get endless telemarketer calls. My advice is to make a note of this number and don't answer it.

Caller: Friendly Australian An Australian guy rang our company from this number and luckily he was looking for someone who doesn't work with us. I kindly told him that we didn't have anyone by that particular name. Then he asked if we were the company he was looking for and I told him that he had the wrong number (he had the wrong area code). I asked him where he was calling from and he kindly explained that he was from Wallis Research and apologized for calling us. I told him that it was ok and hope he finds the right person. We must have been lucky!!!!!

Caller: Wallis Market and Social Research The caller asked for the owner of my business with a view to doing research on recruitment. Since we have no employees I told this and was not able to assist. He then proceeded to take quite a tone with me, telling me he needed to speak with the owner. Even after I told him I am the owner and the only person here, and have no employees he attempted to take an even stronger tone with me telling me that HE wanted to do this research. OMG who cares about your needs? You call me at work I said to lecture me ? what is it with these people? I told him, look I've already lost a business call that came through whilst you were lecturing me and now I have to call them back, cya!

Caller: Wallis Marketing parasite #374 If these parasites had any ethics they would honour the do not call register that the majority of Australia is accustomed with, and not manage their own list
