I suspect its a way to make you call them back, then somehow they make money out of it. either way its seriously annoying

Gota message from this number sounds like a scam telemarketer dont waste time trying to call back just block it from calling if you can.

This number is contacting my mobile at all hours of the day and night (including a call at 4am, even though my phone was on silent, it was still vibrating). I have been on hold to this number for 20 minutes each time but cannot seem to get through- just music and saying that all their customer service agents are busy. They dont respond when I do get to my phone and simply hang up. Please help!
