It is very likely related to phone number (03) 9871 7495 which was the number used to contact my number the day before. Both numbers did not leave any voice message

Answer call but nobody speaks.

One of those ones that hang up on you even if you are fast enough to pick up when they ring. Calling back immediately goes to voicemail with an American-accented bot voice telling you that voicemail is full.
