YEP! Would not help us out after being members for 15 years, robbed us on our policy for 8 years with no customer service or refund. Switched and saved $300 a MONTH!!!

Medibank called on the same day that I quit, strange thing is no one answered when I said hello. I don't regret leaving medibank, terrible service.

Ok..it was Medibank then...same issue. very lacklustre and thinks customers are slaves and wont go anywhere. Slow and lazy! I have moved on from them.
