I've just started receiving phone calls at home and on my mobile from (03) 9835 1001 but no messages left and when I answer the phone no-one responds. If this is Lumo Energy, I've justed sacked them as my electricity/gas company for 2 properties as they are THE WORST company ever!

Sample complaints we have found for (03) 9835 1001

I've been getting calls from this number multiple times a day.  Today I decided to answer - it was Lumo Energy.  I now know to just ignore these calls. ;)

They have been the worst company to deal with.
Happy to finally get rid of them

I think it's Lumo as well - they are NOT dealing with - before they used to hide their number as "private"They are rotten to the coreglad to have switched

have just started getting the calls, odd if it's a melbourne energy firm as I'm in sydney.

Received about 10 calls today from (03) 9835 1001 which either hung-up when I answered or left no message when I didn't answer. When I called back on two occasions, the message was 'We are currently experiencing technical difficulties. If this is not an urgent matter, please consider calling back later'.

If Threebells is correct and this is Lumo Energy, I'm not surprised because I recently disconnected from them and they would want my business back.

Me too. I've been getting the same thing as Mike. If this is Lumo, it makes sense. I stopped using Lumo because of poor service.
