everytime they call and i answer they hang up but when we call back no answer 8 times is beyond a joke

Just had a call from them about halg an hour ago saying i need yo confirm my birthday before they could tell me what the matter was about and keeps ringing me

I just got the call also. they say they are from the Commonwealth Bank. They were chasing my credit card balance. I thought it was strange as i have a payment plan set up with Commonwealth Bank. They seemed to know nothing about it.... I also rang it back and no answer
