I followed up about this no. and it belongs to Eastern Regional Libraries.  It is an automated message phone no. used to let library members know when loans are overdue etc.  You cannot phone this no. and expect anyone to pick up and there is no recoreded message.So don't worry there is nothing suspicious!

could you please  reply with the origin of this call please. Would this no. be recently disconnected and where in victoria does the 039800 originate please

hi this phone no. called me on my mobile no. on the 30th. september 2010, at 8.57 am.I am very anxious to know the origin and possibally the origin of this call , as the line remained silent after saying "hello' NUMERUOS TIMES. tHE CALLER DID NOT HANG UP AND I HAD TO END THE CALL. Mi HAVE TRYED VARIOUS TIMES TO CALL BACK THIS NO,(03) 9800 2648 , BUT THE LINE IS ALWAYS GOT A "BUSY" SIGNAL, OR THE PHONE RINGS OUT WITHOUT ANSWERING.This is important that i know this , as there is a current intervention order on my ex partner that says he is not to conntact me and this sounds like a prank call, which is very unusual for me to recieve. i do not have any record on my mobile that this no, has called before. I do know that it is  a land line, in victoria. Please help me resolve this as i would not like to reo=port a legitimate caller to the police. Many thanks Maree

I got a call from this number on 13th Sept 2010 at 3.01 pm.  There was no message left.  Our place has since been robbed by someone with a key!Would your ex partner be called Cameron or Scott?
