Doesn't know how to diagnose and fix problem with washing machine.
After spending over $300 to replace pump on front-load washer with A-Emergency, washing machine was still not working.
Telephoned and complained to them, came back a few days later and then wanted another $500 to now replace motor.
Ended up getting using an authorized repair person who fixed washer for $200 without needing to replace motor.
Avoid using A-Emergency.
