They operate the night time security services for various buildings. I was stuck in the staircase of one of their buildings that they look after. Rang them a few times to seek assistance in getting out of fire escape stairs (all exits locked from inside stairwell). After 2 hrs, no assistance from them. A random person parking their car heard my knocking on a door, & opened a stairwell door to let me & my wife out. They advertise their ph number on this building (88 Jeffcott Street, West Melbourne) to call if you have issues ….. but then can't / wont help you!
