I rang this number back. It is for a Care Facility who had the number hacked. Unfortunately a lot of people, like me, who received a ghost call, have rung the number back too. The Care Facility person said Telstra are 'fixing' the problem. So sorry for them. These number hackers are such thoughtless stupid scumbags.

Yeah just had this like 10 minutes ago, called back as well and then hung up once I heard it was an aged care. Don’t know anyone there, no reason for me to stay on the line any longer.

Called while I was on the phone. I missed it - googled it - reported it here. Haven’t spoken to them and no message was left but I actually live rather close to the care facility who apparently had their number hacked… weird

I didn’t answer but since I don’t know anyone at this facility then I assume based on the other comments that it still being used for scams

Received a nuisance call from this number. Long silence then just "hello".
