Caller: They said they were amazon

Told me I had an order for $769 I told them I don’t go online shopping and they told me they will cancel the order but I need to download anydesk and then while we are on the phone to go into my online banking I ask Why and they said so they can give me a refund and then I said there was no money taken from my account and they insisted I need to go into my account quickly and I said just cancel the order and then he went on in asking how much I have in the account if it is $5000 or under and when I told him it was under a$100 he quickly brushed me off before I can talk any more
