Unprofessional, amateur, deceitful and rude are some of the words I would describe ‘Well-cut hairdressing’.

I found their voucher on the Smart Saver website - full head of foils for $65. I rang and made an appointment mentioning I had the voucher and I had long hair and the girl said that’s fine come in.

I drove 15 minutes to get to the salon and when I got there I sat down and it took 10 minutes till the girl came over and said “what are we doing for you today?” I said “I have a voucher, I spoke to the girl on the phone about it and I want a full head of foils”. “What voucher is it the $55 or $65 voucher” She said (I didn’t see the $55 voucher??) I said “$65”, she then went out the back and then the male manager came out and said there was no way they could honour the voucher as I had long hair. They said they couldn’t even do my hair for $95 as I would use too much product. I said “there are no conditions on the voucher, therefore you must honour it”. He said “there’s NO WAY I can honour that”. I said “you have to due to consumer affair laws” He said “NO I DON’T AND I WONT”. So I left.

TAKE NO NOTICE OF THEIR VOUCHERS AS THEY DON’T HONOUR THEM, THEY JUST DO IT TO GET YOU IN THE DOOR THEN CHARGE YOU HIGH PRICES!!!!
