I RECEIVED THE AC ADAPTER FOR MY TOSHIBA SATELLITE, HOWEVER, ALTHOUGH THE DETAILS ON THE BOX SEEM CORRECT, THE END PIECE THAT GOES INTO THE BACK OF THE LAPTOP, IS TOO BIG.

MY ORIGINAL ONE IS ABOUT 3.5mm DIAMETER, AND YOURS IS ABOUT 5.5 mm
CAN YOU PLEASE FOLLOW THIS UP. IS THERE PERHAPS AN ADAPTER THAT CAN REDUCE THE SIZE ? PLEASE REPLY ASAP. THANKS ALEX WEISS.
