I have been a loyal and I believed valued customer at the FTG Restaurant. Has there been a change in Operating Procedures? as things have changed.
The Age newspaper subscribition has lapsed,thus leaving fewer papers to read and less chance we or I will stay around to get that extra coffee or Cake.
Prices go up that is a given and no complaints there,but please encourage us by ensuing that what you offer in your advertisements about coffee paper to read and a chat continues.
I have visited stores nearby and there has been Ages,Sun's and Australian in abundance.

I have been in your Store when a inspection is due and seen first hand the staff going at it (cleaning)and managers on deck looking busy, just to make sure they get a good rating.
That is good, but the disabled Hand dryer doesn't work and that been like it for at least 6 months,lights are out in numerous places, all of which I have informed the manager on Duty at the time.
