Caller: NBN Scam

Scammers are using this number to con people into thinking that it is the NBN calling. It is called phone spoofing which if you don't know as "Hijack or imitate phone numbers, either to imitate a person, business or department to get money or information and or to appear like a local or legitimate number to increase their chances of getting through to their victim".
