can you please delete my letter to you off the internet. this was a private letter re the Avalon centre

Dear Sir / Madam I am writing to you on behalf of the Avalon Centre to which I am a volunteer. The Centre has been operating for the past 25 years and supports the socially disadvantaged in the community. It is a non-profit organisation run by volunteers.
During the week we distribute donated clothing to the homeless in the inner city suburbs in conjunction with the Vinnies food vans. At present we are running short on gloves and I was wondering if it would be possible to ask for some donations of any seconds (or new) merchandise.
It would greatly assist us as much of the clothing we receive is donated by people in community. Gloves are much appreciated as this is an item that we rarely receive as second hand items dropped into the centre are usually clothing or shoes. I am hoping you can assist in some small way as this would support us to continue giving to those who are in much need of assistance especially now that it is winter with many people living on the streets.
