Caller: Males Sale Rep

As with the previous calls, basically they asked what our printer was and then sent us items we didn't request, and invoiced us for $413.60. When we said we didn't want them, they sent us a return label but offered the items at cost price to "Make it easier" for us." Dodgy bastards.

A male sales rep called me. Asked for my printer model no and next moment I know it, I have an invoice for $400+ worth of ink cartridges. Emailed to say I do not need that many ink cartridges and cancelled order. I suggested they should get a written permission from customer for any order (rather than on the phone). When the ink cartridges came, I returned them to the sender with the courier. Got a call from the sales rep. Was v angry when I said I wanted to cancel the order. I just got a reminder to pay invoice.

This is a dodgy company calling themselves Corporate Supply Solutions.They cold call asking what printer you use then send you cartridges and an invoice.
