Dear Sir. I have been a customer of Your for 20 years.Your man serviced my under water filter last year and this year when I ordered a replacement the casing wouldn't open and I believe that the money I paid should have made it easy for me.This person refuses to return my calls and I think he is obligated as a business to rectify the problem.I am a pensioner ,have had others try and open it and I believe he has serviced it incorrectly.I will go to consumer affairs and I mean this.This person who runs the business should not be operating.Has he no conscience.
