It has recently come to my attention that an email i received contained the wrong phone number with a wrong digit and I called to make an appointment thinking it was the correct number, this company answered and messed around and completely took the piss out of me on the phone pretending to be the business i was trying to call not only is it rude and childish but it 100% unprofessional and they should be ashamed of themselves
