Totally unprofessional and unethical organisation. They have 2 shops, on at 264 Lonsdale and another at shop 15/200 Bourke St Melbourne.

Got them to put on a harden glass screen protector on a brand new Note 5. on a Friday. Went back on Monday because there were numerous dust spots caught between the protector and the phone.

They tried to rub it out, I stopped them to prevent damage to original phone screen, the reason for putting on a protector to start off with.

They then said I left it too late as dust particles would get embedded in the harden glass protector (which according to the glass protector blurb is not possible)

Refused to fix it, wanted me to pay for another installation.

DO NOT BUY from these people, Owners Tom & Tina.
Tom would not help as he did not do the job. Tina was obnoxious and rude.
