i just had a call ...no idea who ..called back and got fax noise ..prob an electricity company .

I've been having the same missed calls. I have relocated from Australia to Singapore and it clearly states on my voice message that I no longer live in Australia. I inserted my Australian sim card in my phone today and have seen a hang up message notification of them calling me every 2 days. I tried calling them and it rings then sends an engaged signal. Not sure how they came across my number as it's listed as private.

They have called me four business days in a row, no message and you cant call them back to even find out who it is! What I want to know is how did they get my number? as it's private and i am not listed on that number with my home electricity, gas or water.

It's Red Energy trying to sell you their product.they called me and started the call with "Hi. Are you aware of the rising costs in electricity and gas prices?"Just reply saying, "no - i live in a cave. thank you & goodbye."

they called me, left no message, i tried calling it back and it's as if they just reject the call. not sure who it is.

keep getting calls from this number on my mobile but noone there when you answer and if you ring the number back there is dead silence...so maybe others are on the right track here....a power company with the operators in India so I hope it's not one of those calls where you are charged when they call you!
