Caller: AGL This is AGL. They picked up on an internet issue and called to help fix it.

Caller: AGL This number is AGL apparently. Too many "Press 1 for this, Press 2 for that" etc etc at a great many levels. Gave up. Will use the online AGL login in case this is actually a scam number.
