Caller: AGL, a bad choice in energy retailers! Fellow identified himself as Ronan, collecting an electricity account from AGL. (Interesting that a human called, they normally hide behind bots.) The moment we questioned something he said the call degenerated into an angry threatening tirade for a further 8 minutes. This individual and this company should be banned from interacting with the public.

Immediately hung up as son as I answered. Checked on here and saw that it was AGL. Typical. Just complain to Energy Ombudsman in Victoria. AGL is appallingly bad. As far as I know they dont actually have a 'complaint team' and the people that do attempt to address your concerns really dont care anyway.
