Need to approach telephone conversations with a little more tact.. I nearly hung up on the guy who called me because he would not tell me what it was about or who he was before I passed the security questions. Considering they are doing the calling they really need to be able to clarify what they are calling for before ppl disclose information to a stranger. Not good customer service! I can imagine they get alot of hangups which is why the guy who called me seem very frustrated but offcourse we will react like that if we ate asked to give information that could be used for hacking and or identity theft before we know why we ate doing it and who we are speaking to

Debt Collectors. They keep calling. I keep telling them I have NO IDEA who or where the person they keep asking for is. They have been calling for 12 months! I have complained, they won't listen. It's ridiculous.
