You don't need to have the debt to be hassled by these firms. They are on big % returns for collecting debts so everyone is fair game in their eyes. Don't be intimidated by them; know your rights: https://www.afsa.gov.au/debtors

Fck Lion Finance ... scumbags of the earth, along with purported Banks.
Everyone must realize there is **never** a debt between you and the Purported Bank(s). The purported bank has only "issued money" to you via the "Central Bank".
The Purported Bank pretends to lend you money, but instead "falsifies the debt to itself".
THE BANKS FIRST THREE CRIMES ... 1) The local bank steals the principal an * alleged borrower * creates before the book entry, pretending, then, to loan principal only as if it was the banks principal to loan out in the beginning. 2) As a result the bank, then, steals a further sum of principal by charging unwarranted interest on what is a *falsified debt* only as if the bank gave up or risked consideration of its own commensurable or equal to the *alleged loan* or debt it falsifies to itself. 3) As a further result of 1 & 2, unwarranted taxation or EXTORTION is therefore imposed ,where an even further sum of principal is stolen, paid directly into the banks coffers to merely service (NOT PAY DOWN) an irreversible multiplication of artificial debt or national & state debt that's mathematically impossible to pay down. Today's debt therefore is a falsified debt or artificial debt which means theft. 3 Likes

You should look at how debt collection is regulated and the laws they are bound by before you make assumptions as to why they don't give out info without going through security questions. Pay your debts!

I used to say no blowing whistles down the phone. It's not the fault of the little guy who's only job is to make these calls. Now I say screw it! Hit the ****ers with whatever you can! Burst the eardrums of everyone calling from these numbers. If you find out the location of their offices, blow them up! Don't worry, you won't be a terrorist. You'll be an anti-terrorist. I've it with these ****ers and the inability of the authorities to regulate this crap.

My son got a call from this number and they wanted to know our details and if he owned a car and how many and old are his children. Something awfully screwy gone on here

They rang this morning. We don't have any debts so I added the number to call block.
We've also had the same company call from different numbers in the past but when it goes to our answering machine they always hang up.

These people are dogs they contact family members threatening to take possession of their belongings. Even if you do owe money that's a low act they have no legal right unless the debtor owns said items

most complaints seem to occur around March and looks like they are at it again. I've already blocked this number and am on the DNC register but doesn't seem to stop these idiots. No message is left and I know for a fact i have no debt so I have no idea why they are calling me

We keep getting calls from this number several times a day. This has been going on for weeks. After I pick up the phone, there is a delay then I generally hear a person with an Indian accent talking in a noisy background. Sometimes they ask about solar panels, sometimes they say they are from the "telephone company". Sometimes they hang up and most of the time I hang up! This is a nuisance, interrupting work and family activities.

I have been receiving daily calls from this number for weeks now. I don't pick up. I have just phoned them and advised that is they don't remove my number from their list I will contact the Police. I also advised I have a list of dates and times when they have called. They assured me my number was now removed. Lets wait and see.
