Number called me and pretended to be a Microsoft employee saying that I had viruses in my Microsoft software on my PC, which I don't have. Kept persisting about it which I continued to tell them that I haven't used a Microsoft product in a while nor do I have a PC thus having the caller hang up immediately. What's even more startling is that they knew my full name. Upon research, this number is actually used for a local computer store in Melbourne which I have never visited nor purchased anything from them online. So I am guessing that these scammers have spoofed this local business' number to make scam calls.
