Calling MY phone uninvited is a trespass!

I recently rang QLD Transport to change my address. The lady told me they were doing survey's after the call and did I wish to participate. I kindly said yes as she was very helpful. She asked what times would be appropriate. I said Mon to Fri after midday.

I got the phonecall at 10am Sunday. I didnt answer it. I'm guessing it was them

Have had 11 calls in 3 days on my house phone and 10 calls on my mobile from this number. Every time I answer they hang up. It's very frustrating. I have tried calling it back but I always get an engaged signal.

These poor underpaid muppets aggravating people is a given, it will not stop but just learn to play smarter instead of getting aggravated. CND is a wonderful invention, learn to use it and screen calls. This place is a wonderful invention too, i love looking numbers up in it but the whingers get a little tedious.

It is getting so annoying when this number calls me. The person who answered Kirstie wanted to speak to our Accounts person about taxation law. I don't think our accounts person would know about it. She is going to persist and call back tomorrow and I will tell her again that the person is not available.

They pretend they're calling about a survey but it ends up they're actually toner cartridge sales people.

You people are silly, if you're rude or hang up of course they'll put you back in their system for call backs. How about politely decline, I can assure you that the response will be better.

I had a call from this number and the person (Pamela) said they were from the ATO and were doing a survey about taxation laws. I said no one was available and said to call back later in the week.

Regardless of whether it's a genuine business or not, it's still a marketing call and a pain in the arse. I am based in SA so it's not just QLD. I know it's a sh*tty job, but even with that in mind, it's very annoying receing these calls. How about they send a survey out and if people can be assed, they will complete it and post it back to them. If they can't be assed, don't phone them.

as it's a market research company, the do not call register doesn't apply because this company isn't trying to sell you anything. for most of the surveys, there is no list, it's called random digit dialling and the computer generates a number and the person who talks to you on the phone usually doesn't know anything about you, just that the computer has dialled a number and you've picked up. be nice

Numerous calls this week per day......I have missed the calls and just googled the number before returning their call. Thinking it maybe important! But Guess what - I will not return your call!!

I've been getting several of these calls, no messages. I guess what most people on here are pointing out is that they are unclear how this market research company got their number given they're on the do not call register.
It's not about helping out or not - if someone rang and genuinely wanted to conduct research they would leave a message and not ring for 2 weeks at least 2x per day DURING THE DAY!!!

I have a contact called Marketing in my mobile phone contact list. This number just got added to it. So when it rings again I see Marketing and ignore or hit the red button. Simple. Never need to answer the call again. My Marketing contact has about 35 numbers in it now!

I had a call from this number few minutes ago.

Stating they were from qld health. ( isn't this a nsw number? )

They asked to talk to someone who was 16/17 years old that lives in household.

All gov numbers are all withheld

I got I phone call from this number last night. I male said he was from Queensland health and wanted to speak to me about improving my health. I said: I don't want to speak to you. Apparetnly there was no scripted answer to that and he hung up.

Got one of these today they tried to call me twice.

On the register and still they continue to call

Asked to be taken off list. I will complain if they do not oblige.

I have missed calls from this number but I know who they are. They are a market research company that is connected with Colmar Brunton. They call me because I have registered with them. They are a genuine company. I have taken part in some research they have done and have been compensated for the time I gave them (i.e. they paid me to participate in their research).
