Receiving a missed call from this number today, I called it back to see what it was regarding. A man by the name of Todd then went ahead and humiliated me over the phone, trying to take me for an idiot, making a complete joke out of the entire situation, in a very unprofessional manner. The man claimed to be representing an XL Group who supposedly do light-bulb fittings for Tru Energy company. When I contacted Tru Energy, they confirmed with me that this was in fact not the case.
