No message left. Persistent calls over two days. Scam?

This number consistently calls on my home phone line and generally hangs up without speaking. You can get two calls from them in the space of five minutes. The couple of times they have actually spoken they tell me that there is a problem with my internet and they want to "share my workspace" and see what they can do to improve my internet speed. NEVER GOING TO HAPPEN!!! We spoke to them earlier today and have since had another three conversations with them telling them that we have spoken to them multiple times. This pushes from annoying to harassment.
