This is a tax scammer. It's an automated phone call pretending to be from Services Australia. It claims your TFN has been suspended and that there is a legal case against your name. The call tells people they must contact the caller by pressing '1' or they will be referred to the court and arrested.

If you receive this call hang up and do not provide the information requested. Government agencies, like the ATO and Services Australia, will never send unsolicited pre-recorded messages to your phone or threaten you with immediate arrest.
