I said "hello", there was a slight delay before they answered (very noisy background) asking if I was Mrs....... I didn't confirm it was me. Asked them where were they calling from. She said she was from (THE TECHINAL DEPT FOR MY COMPUTER) - This is obviously a scam - I said which computer are they referring to (SHE SAID THE ONE I USE FOR MY EMAILS AND FACEBOOK, ETC) I said everyone in my household as a laptop or desktop so which one - she become flustered so then I called her out and told her to F@@K OFF AND STOP TRYING TO SCAM PEOPLE
