Went to chemist warehouse in burnside where I handed in my prescription.the pharmacist handed me the medication and told to pay at the front.I was not asked if I was no any other medication.whether I had any allergies or what this strong medication side affects would be.I got home and Realised that some one else's name was on it and wrong dr.name.I called and told them I might have to go to hospital cos might be having a reaction having read the cmi inside.They brought to me a new label but still had the wrong drs name.How sad that this has taken place what if I didn't know how to read can u imagine the consequences should I have gone to ihospital.No customer care.Im a dispensary technician and was disappointed that this was taken place.less speed and more care

Box hill and Doncaster in Melbourne, I had a script filled at both those shops and both times mistakes! Even a wrong drug!!! Staff completely useless, did not receive any instructions from the pharmacist! Such an unprofessional bunch! My local chemist price matches now and even if it's a few dollars more it's worth it coz at least I know I'm getting the right drug and advice!!!!!

Went to the store at Caboolture got my scripts filled picked up 3 gift packs and some after shave and some other perfumes afew hundred dollars worth then I am told I can only buy 2 gift packs If that is the case put up some signs . You can not Stop a customer from buying as much perfume as they want for Christmas gifts. It is plain to see they do not wont my money. I can a sure Chemist warehouse will NEVER get a cent of mine AGAIN It is amazing what word of mouth can do to a business and other web sites where you can let people know what CRAP service you give I have NEVER HEARD OF SO MUCH BULL SH## ON HOW MUCH MONEY YOU CAN SPEND IN A SHOP.. I live in brisbane and go to your tingalpa pharmacy to get pain meds the chemist there is very rude and looks at you like a drug addict i have a letter from my GP AND PAIN SPECIALIST but still get looked at like a drug addict i buy a lot of products from your chemist but not anymore i will go to a more professional pharmacy.

Launceston the managress is so rude to staff infront of customers and she is also extremly rude to customers...i have seen her abuse staff and the language she uses is attroshious to staff and customers...YOU SHOULD LOOK INTO YOUR MANAGER AND OWNER AND REPLACE THEM WITH FRIENDLY STAFF... i also have been informed that numerous times that staff have complained about him and her so man time but YOU NEVER EVER SEEM TO DO ANYTHING ABPOUT THEM....and sacking staff without warnings at all but yet a staff member can turn up DRUNK and keep her job without any warnings xox

yass road queanbeyan nsw store. attending the store on the 14/08/2013 lodged a script for my two type 1 diabetic children waited for 20 minutes before being called back to the counter to be informed they do not stock actarapid or lantus insulins which are the two most common insulins used for diabetics when I told this fact to the chemist and asked if she was aware of the number of diabetics in Australia she did not seem to be interested when I got home I tried to find a contact number for the head office the number went to a message service that informed me it was full and I could not leave a message .
what is the point of ever going back to a chemist that can not fill my scripts from now on I will stick with my local amcal where I know I will be served with professionalism and be able to get my script filled even if cost a couple of dollars more.

I was in your Oxford Street store in Sydney to return some vitamins. A refund was refused based on Health and Safety Regulations, except there are no such regulations. When asked to explain staff couldn't so I insisted on the refund which was given after a really big argument with staff there. Chemist warehouse has no right to claim there are regulations when this isn't the case.

I find your security personnel a bit rude. I went to Chemist Warehouse Charlestown to shop for pawpaw and electric toothbrush bristle. I just finished shopping at Woollies so I got two shopping bags. After I have paid at the check-out counter, I was asked to show my grocery bags to the two security personnel standing near the exit door. They removed my items one by one from the bag and even suspected that the tea I got from Woolies might be from Chemist Warehouse. So one of the Security personnel went to ask another personnel if they are selling that tea. Since I have a baby with me, I have a pram and a baby bag. They even asked if they can search the baby bag and under the pram. At the end of the search, they never said sorry for the inconvenience or "thank you" for cooperating with them. I felt so embarrassed and I feel the manner they did it was quite impolite. I wanted to complain but I guess there is no office or email address where you can voice out your sentiments.

I ain't gonna go back to this store or any. the cashier has very poor customer services, seems she doesn't wanna serve tho. the shop is in Leichhardt.

Did you know that the blockbuster video store in main street mordialloc is closing down and it is a perfect size for a chemist warehouse as we really need one here as the two existing chemists are both owned by the one operater and they charge like a wounded bull. rude manager at the liverpool mall store slow service waited long time for script

Very rude manageress at the wynnum branch bay terrace. she accused me of shop lifting when i went in to exchange a bottle of perfume. because i had no receipt she accused me of just walking in and picking up the bottle off the counter and putting in in my bag then walking up to the cash register for an exchange. very rude and unprofessional woman.

I would like to tell you the staff in your campbelltown branch are so rude and unhelpful. Teach them to smile and help customers thats what there been paid for or give the job to someone else. Even down to the manager who is just as bad...

Why is it after numerous calls to yoour Head Office things at your Corio Branch are n o better infact they are worse. If I didn't have to buy a lot of prescriptions I would go to my local Chemist. I find to-day that the script I went in with last week 18th May has been altered and my name is now on my husbands medication and also our old address as replaced our new address. I will take this matter further if things don't change very quickly.
