Is this fair I took my brother into the store at woodridge qld only to be followed around by the security person my brother only has sight in one eye has a patch over that eye he has tattoos and has earrings in. We got what he needed then we went to leave the security person was at the door and made him open every zipper in his backpack instead of watching everyone in the store he only kept watching us.

My wife and I visited our local Chemist Warehouse at Victoria Point in QLD today to get 3 prescriptions filled. One script was for myself a repeat on Panadeine Forte a 1 month supply for my chronic back pain. We didn't have any problems in store, however when I tried to sort out the scripts that were all stapled together, I noticed that the Chemist Warehouse Pharmacist had typed my wife's name instead of mine onto the script copy.
I then had a look at the 12 Packs of COMFAROL FORTE and noticed that my wife's name was on every pack. I now have to make a special trip back to Chemist Warehouse tomorrow to sort this out
NOT HAPPY!
This has put me right off ever shopping at Chemist Warehouse and entrusting them to fill my scripts.

My daughter was at chemist warehouse in kangaroo flat Bendigo Victoria where she copped dirty looks for a staff member then was abused by that staff member not long after as her and her friend were returning to her friends veichle, I am making an official complaint about this to the manager on Thursday as this is unacceptable I am pulling my scripts out of chemist warehouse kangaroo flat and going to a new chemist

Both Ringwood and Springvale Road Forest Hill Chemist Warehours have charged me the full price for things I have bought.
I have been every Saturday for the past 4 weeks and every time, something has been scanned at the full price, and I have had to go back and get a refund. I asked why they do not show the price to us at the cash register and they said because it is medication and we don't want others to see what is being scanned. Other chemists show the price. So twice the price tag was on the wrong spot and they said, oh your product was
put in the wrong spot, I replied with all 10 of them in a row were in the wrong spot. Then today, again I was overcharged, but I waited for her to hand me the receipt and then I said, I will now stand here and check it. Yes it was wrong. I said, next time, I will hand you one thing at a time and ask you to tell me the price of each thing. It is so frustrating. Do not trust your receipt

WENT TO THE CHEMIST WAREHSOUSE STORE IN PITT STREET, SYDNEY.
The worst customer service experience ever.
I went to purchase some vitamin tablets and in the middle of the conversation with one of the staffs there, the nasty , rude asian women comes in between ( seems to be the boss there) and yells at the staff who was helping me to find the supplements. The staff was embarassed and petrified in front of all the customers and felt so horrible that he was not in the right mood to help me anymore. Tried to cheer him up and he told that" it's been happening like this for a long time and he has had this experience before as well (shouting in front of the customer). At the end of the conversation, the staff proved that he has not done any mistake and the nasty rude asian women just walked off as if she was unsuccessful in her task. It's the managers like this that makes the workplace a sh*tty place, because of their personal issues. candice ( if i got it right) is her name and it seems like she is like this to other staffs as well.( Because i had the same experience twice few weeks back where the same incident happened). She needs to control her tongue in front of customers talking to her staffs instead of yelling at them in front of everyone. The same rude lady then asked me if i need any help suddenly changing her attidude to look like a good person. She also insisted me to hand over the fragrance bottle and get it from the counter. On the way out, i could see her talking to the fragrance staff in a high restless tone informing if that staff handed over the fragrance to me. I have seen the same asian women arguing with customers about exchanging items as well when i went there before. i couldn't stand at that place for a second and never will i go back to that place been managed by that rude women, trying to make chemist warehouse, Pitt street a worst place to go. This store has incompetent management and hardworking staffs.

I have waited for a prescription for 40 minutes. I am at the Highpoint City Store. This is not service this total disrespect for the customer. Other customers here before me have waited longer. You either need to put more staff on or terminate the ones you have here and start again. The staff here have no enthusiasm for their job. Total crap the service @ the counter is terrible. 12 people waiting and only one serving. Hopeless hopeless. Never again you have lost my business.

went into the gympie chemist warehouse with a faulty product and receipt which the product had leaked on and some of the ink had rubbed off I got told by Amanda the retail manager at first it was fine to swap but then she said oh no I cant read the receipt which u could see the product and price she then began to look for a new receipt for me I told her I brought it in Brisbane and she said what one I told her, I then asked if she was going to help me at all she said yes she was going to refund my money she said yes she just needed to get a receipt which is fine with me and then suddenly she comes back and said no I cant store policy u brought it from Brisbane, the store manager/pharmacist came down and said what do u expect me to do with this receipt? I walked out leaving the product and receipt behind NEVER EVER GOING BACK TO ANY CHEMIST WAREHOUSE!!!!!

Went to the one and only chemist in picton to pick up some medication for my son. Not only did she not know what group the medicine was in she handed me the wrong change and read my price of purchase backwards which ended up being more. Rang up to complain that she had left something out of my bag that I paid for and the manager then asked what medicine I came in to purchase asked was it your own??? Trying to suggest I have problems. Just becauce I purchase medicine for myself doesnt mean u cant take my complaints seriously very rude. Msybe if she sent her staff on lunch breaks they wouldnt be making some many unnessary mistakes really I expect more from peoplevwho are ment yi be trusted with medications.

Rude , Customer Service, Manager "Lisa" rolled eyes right in front of me. Lisa was argumentative about exchanging items. Down right rude at New Ferntree Gully Store. Too busy talking about personal lives to serve customers. Not polite, not sorry for making you move while staff talking in a group coming down aisle. Not helpful

Hi there ,
I am writing this Because I was surprised, upset , and speechless. I went for shopping at campsie chemist warehouse tonight between 8pm to 8.30 pm with my wife and 1.5 year old boy . I need to buy few things because I want to go overseas and I need to buy some gift . I am regular customer for this shop at 265 beamish at, campsie for last 3 years . I was looking for a body spray and I saw English blazer body spray . I never use it but really want to try something new and for gift also it will be a good idea something new . So I just open the lid of the spray bottle and try to smell because I want to know it's good for me or not . So I spray inside the lid and try to smell . Actually I was looking for a assistant but there was none so I spray inside the lid and smell it . But I did not spray on my body at all . Suddenly the security guy came very fast and call me hey .. Hey .. What are u doing ( he was very rude voice ) ?? My wife was scared and give him side . I said actually I spray inside the lid to get the smell of this body spray because it's new for me . And he said you are in trouble . I said why .. I did not do anything wrong . There was few customers was trying some perfume smell and I am trying body spray but it's not on my body it's in the lid . There is nothing wrong with that . He said with very rude voice come with me .. I said ok .. Let's go . I went with him and there was a guy at medicine section. He went and talk to him and come back to me and without any hi .. Hello straight away said you use this body spray now u have to pay . I try to explain to him I spray inside the lid not on my body and then security said there is no other option for you . You have to pay . I try to explain to them I need to like the smell and then I can buy any body spray otherwise how I will know the smell is good or bad . There was no sample for test . It's so simple without testing how I can buy a perfume even it's not a common brand . Before also one time I bought one body spray and I test one body spray and that time one of the staff told me u can test but not on your body inside the lid and smell . So It was very bad experience with my wife . It was just $6 . I don't mind to buy if they said very nicely. Actually they force me to buy it . And it was very bad behaviour. Me and my wife was very upset so we did not do any shopping from there and left after this . I also worked at Coles for two years . I know about customer service. Actually they robbed me by forcing. We were not very happy . We will tell everyone about this matter and explain to them better go other branch at campsie . We will not go there any more . It's not acceptable at all .
That security and guy at medicine sector deserve training how to behave with a customer.

Epping (in Vic) chemist warehouse have perhaps the most inconsiderate pharmacists I've ever had to deal with. And their duty if care is zero. My doctor has prescribed the incorrect insulin application. I have always been prescribed disposable insulin pens but my doctor prescribed me pen refills. One pharmacist (she's a trainee, I believe) basically said well that's what my doctor prescribed, so that's what I had to take. I explained that I don't have a pen to dispense the insulin and she just looked at me, so I walked off in tears. I calmed down and explained to another pharmacist the problem and said that I didn't have a pen and he said that I needed a prescription/ I again walked off and said, fine I don't obviously need insulin. this was on Wednesday 29.07.15. And at no time did they say, okay lets have a look on your file and see what we can come up with. They just let me walk out without insulin. if they had given me a few pens or a box in the meantime, while I'm waiting on my endocrinologist to send me the correct script. But no, I'm just a number and not a real person. So forgive me that i will never go there again and shop somewhere else!

i was just bailed up out side their store at the crossroads security accused me of stealing batteries, i had just bin in their 10 mins before with a sample battery out of my alarm they did not carry it so i put it in my pocket and left. After trying to explain this and showing the sample and pointing to 2 other shops near by that i tried that would have verified my axious and quick search of the battery section it still did not convince them after 10 mins of watching them look over the camera i told them i was leaving do what you want, i left without a single sorry or please understand are situation or anything i even opened my wallet to show the sufficient funds that could have bought boxes of batteries if i needed them, i am nearly 50 years old and the father of 3 young children never came across this type of treatment at a shop before and i have bin in shops all around the world.

I have been to Doncaster branch on Saturday to get my repeat prescriptions. I asked for 2 repeats and was rudely interrogated by a young male pharmacist why I needed 2 and if I was going away. When I said yes I was asked for how long and was then told by the male I have enough time to come back for the second prescription. I felt rather humiliated as the place was full of people and I was treated like a criminal. Why I wanted 2 is simple, parking is a nightmare there and someone just pinched my park I was waiting for... All they needed to do was check my history and see that I am not using more blood pressure tablets than needed. After all we are customers... Needless to say my blood pressure went through the roof.
I think the staff needs severe training in basic manners. I got my 2 elsewhere....

I am from Tasmania and had to go to chemist warehouse Sunbury Victoria near Aldi.
I was served by Marisa and found her customer service extremely great. She was pleasant, engaged in conversation, helpful and a true delight.
I would just go back for the friendly service. Marisa was a true employee for chemist warehouse. Even my sister thought the service was extremely good.
