Spotlight calling about blind installation want to send a link for me to pay them the person spoke poor English and I told him I do not open links from people I don't know told them to contact the consultant I was dealing with

Rang twice didn’t leave a message, I phoned back and the lady said ‘is it regarding check measure’ I was like idk you called me 🤷‍♀️

Called three times over the last 3 days. 1st call hung up before I could answer, literally 1 ring. 2nd call just background noise and no one speaking. 3rd call some one there, they muttered a few unintelligible words and hung up. Why call if they don't actually want to speak to you?
