Kept recieving calls from this number after I filled in a quote request on Iselect.

Everyone go onto ISelect internet site and put in their own phone number as a contact number,

THEN THEY WILL BE RINGING THEMSELVES BACK! !

Its crazy, when you answer this number there is no-one there, why do they bother to call my number if it just hangs up when I answer.

What is the best way to complain and stop this.

Not 30 minutes ago I (reluctantly) punched in name and phone number to their site looking for comparisons for Electricity providers.. I knew I'd get a phone call soon after!

Just went on iSelect's Facebook page, and they confirmed the (03) 9452 9527 is their number, and said enter your name and number at this link and they will stop calling!

yep i had just filled out an iselect quote form too then had a call and hang up from this number.

They are relentlessness...And I agree that they did not show the cheapest insurer for us on their website so must be sponsored by certain insurers....

They phoned my mobile today. They hung up which I see is their usual practice. Phoned the number and a recorded message gave a number 13 19 20 to call so I did. Left them under no illusions as to what would happen if they called me again. A bit of a worry since I've had NO dealings AT ALL with this company. The future is now people !!

Yep - definately iselect. Completed the form yesterday, and have had constant calls from them.
It's wasting my time.

this nmber keeps calling me. (03) 9452 9527 so i downloaded this app to find out who it was, of course ISELECT. ive jus blocked them n hope this works. so far its come in handy

I Select....very annoying! Don't they get the hint after three times!

iselect , requested a quote comrehensive car insurance, interestingly did not return one from NRMA which was one of the cheapest

Solution for stopping phone calls from iSelect. I’ve now blocked 7 different numbers from iSelect and they still call.

So I decided to call them on their ‭1800 782 214‬ number. Surprisingly it gets answered by a human, and if you ask to have your number removed from their database the receptionist does it there and then for you no questions asked (obviously they get this a lot). She advised it can take up to 24hours.
This finally stopped all of these calls. 😃

This is becoming such a nuisance. Why can’t the government block such practices. When I got the call from 9452 9527 I blocked it, however now they just keep calling back on a different number each time. I now have 6 different numbers blocked all precede with 9452......... they should be fined.

Same here, blocked. Get a phone call and there's no answer or just hear people (with Indian accent) in background having conversation. Are these guys paid based on number of calls they make or something? Must be in their KPIs probably..lol

iSelect calling after you enter your details for a quote.

Have had two phone calls within a 2 hour period after 5pm on a weeknight. I have previously not filled out any iselect forms, and my number is on the do not call register!! VERY SUSPECT

Yep - got a quote for Broadband through iSelect and literally 22 min later got a call that hung up on me

Called me 7 times yesterday, bloody nuisance
