received several calls from this number and no one was there after about 3 mins a voice came on and said goodbye, when i try to call back all i get is an engaged signal

Another call with nothing on the other end - after about 30 seconds a faint 'goodbye' and then disengaged.

Called me today in the UK just hung up when I answered !

when I answered all I heard was 'goodbye'. Unnerving to say the least. I wish these nuisance calls would stop.

Called our number but when answered no response, tried dial-back but got long engaged tone. Suspect!

Claimed to have received a coupon from me and from my address that I never sent. Did not provide any reason for the call. When asked, he gave me my address and phone details as if I had sent them to him. Obviously a con.
