This is an Autodialler number from (un)Ethical Prospecting - www.ethicalprospecting.com.au When I called it I did at least get a human on the other end after navigating their call queues, however I believe these autodiallers should be banned.

I called back number (03) 9445 9976 reached IVR for a company called Ethical Prospecting.

Well we have two lines here and the both rang at the same time!
I agree they should be banned. They waste our time every day and disturb us at night.
