Sensis called i answered, they said they just wanted to update my business details, and after 10 minutes of going through my details telemarketer tells me it will only be an extra $30 a month on my Telstra bill WTF. If your trying to sell me something tell me so i can say no thanks, wasted my time and i dont like those deceptive tactics. NOT HAPPY

If this is an 03 number, why does it show as address in Mt Isa, Qld.,for a business called Never Still Painting ?

When answered, can hear background office noise, but the caller just hands up.

They can't be classed as telemarketing, as they don't speak to you, just hang up.

They would be classified as unwelcome/nuisance/prank calls.

I am saving the number with the name" do not answer spam" they have rang me twice

When I don't answer no message is left.

They ring my number every day around the same time. I am working so never answer and they never leave a message. Have tried to block the number several times, have added my number to the do not call register and they still manage to get through. VERY ANNOYING!

After reading all the comments here, I phoned Sensis to ask WHY I am receiving unsolicited calls from them.
They tell me: It's regarding your request for advertising. What a crock! I have no requests for advertising - not Yellow Pages, not White Pages, not 1234. Yet another number to add to my Automatic Reject List.

Probably Sensis outbound call centre staff trying to build up (i.e. fudge) their stats for KPI's...

I am getting the same bloody calls, sometimes half dozen daily. Am on do not call register too!

Unsure if ACMA or TIO is best point of escalation.

Their name in my phone's contact list is "Do not answer." So when they ring, I immediately don't make the mistake of answering. I've answered in the past and all I hear is talking in the background and that's it. They call me constantly and they piss me off. Seriously hate them.

If you are going to call, leave a message. If I want to call you back then I will.

This number has called my work phone over 7 times between 2 hours. I have been ingnoring it and it just WONT stop ringing. It was calling all last week also. They need to give up!

Why is it you put your number on the do not call list yet you still get these unsolicited callers who then waste your time by not saying anything
In my opinion that is called a prank call
